On this site you will be able to complete the Minnesota State High School league forms, find activity documents and pay for school activity fees.  Please follow instructions below regarding how to register and pay for your activity fee.

Athletics Registration Instructions

We have created your student's account already - all you need to do is log in!

Start by selecting the My Account tab at the top of the page to log in. Your temporary (first time) login credentials are as follows:
Login Name = Student ID on file with North Lakes Academy
Password = Student birth date in 10-digit format (example: June 9, 2007 = 06092007)
Once logged in, we recommend changing your password.

Once logged in, click the "Catalog" tab at the top of the page to see the activities available. Follow the steps to complete all required forms and payment. Payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
